Vanity Kiss Boutique Return Policy

At Vanity Kiss Boutique, we take pride in offering elevated, high-quality styles for our VK Divas. To maintain the integrity of our pieces, we kindly ask that you review our return policy before making a purchase.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Bodysuits, undergarments, and lingerie
  • Accessories (including jewelry and handbags)
  • White or light-colored items
  • Items purchased using discount codes or during promotions

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

We accept returns for store credit only under the following conditions:

  • Return request must be submitted within 3 days of confirmed delivery
  • Items must be received within 7 days of delivery
  • Merchandise must be:
    • Unworn
    • Unwashed
    • Free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, or stains
    • In original condition with tags attached

STORE CREDIT

  • All approved returns will be issued as store credit only
  • Store credit will be sent via email to vanitykissboutique@gmail.com
  • Store credit does not expire

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at
vanitykissboutique@gmail.com

Include your order number and clear photos of the item. We will gladly issue a replacement or store credit if a replacement is unavailable.

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return:

  1. Email vanitykissboutique@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Once approved, return instructions will be provided
  3. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
  4. We recommend using a trackable shipping method

SHIPPING & FEES

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Vanity Kiss Boutique is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments

PREORDERS

Items marked as preorder will include an estimated shipping timeframe. Please allow 7–10 business days for processing unless otherwise stated.

REFUSED RETURNS

Items that do not meet return requirements will be declined and returned to sender at the customer’s expense.
